Malbec

Cepaje: Malbec. Originario de Burdeos, Francia, que en el Valle de Tupungato, con un terroir único, alcanza su máxima expresividad y calidad gracias a alturas cercanas a los 1000 metros sobre el nivel del mar y a la gran amplitud térmica que posee, brindan características únicas en color y aromas frutados típicos de este exponente.

Vineyard location: La Arboleda, Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina.

Driving the vineyard: 14 years vineyard espalier.

Production: 80 Q/Ha

Harvest system: Double guyot.

Harvest: Manual.

Elaboration System: Wine made with cold pre-fermentation maceration and enzyme utilization and subsequent fermentation with inoculation with selected yeasts, with a controlled temperature at 18-25 ° C for 10 to 12 days with daily traces, where the fruit and characteristic structure of this varietal is obtained.

Alcohol: 14,0 %v/v.

Tasting notes: violet red, young. In nose they emphasize his notes of plums, cherries and jams of red fruits. Wine of great body with an optimal balance of tannins and acidity that give it personality and distinction.

Pairing: It is advisable to accompany with red meat in general, as with a good Creole roast, lamb. Stews, paellas, pasta with tomato sauce and hard cheeses are also good options.

Temperature service: 15º y 18ºC.
